Customer can choose from the available tenure options of 24,36,48 and 60 Months and mileage option of 10000 kms, 15000kms and 20,000 kms per annum. The monthly lease rent will vary based on usage period and mileage option selected
Applicable for all leases which are of 36,48 and 60 months tenure.
Preffered leasing partner shall procure a brand new car based on variant and color selected by customer. Such delivery will be done from the dealership of Kia. The process of delivery will be similar to any new car delivery from Dealership.
The car will be registered in the name of customer / User with the Hypothecation of Preffered leasing partner. The Insurance copy will be in the name of the Customer with Preffered leasing partner as Loss Payee.
Private registration with white plate
The car will come fitted with all standard accessories provided by manufacturer for the particular model and variant selected by customer.
Processing Fee + Security Deposit (Equivalent to one month Lease Rental) + First Lease Rental
The monthly rental will start from the 1st of following month of the delivery of the car and future rentals is payable on 1st of every subsequent month. Proportionate rental will be charged from the day car is delivered till first of the following month. Rental payment will be made through ECS/PDC
The payments for the full period of lease will be through ECS which will be an automatic debit mechanism to your bank account.
Customer has to pay all required toll, parking charges, PUC's, fines which are mandated by governing authorities and tyre punctures. All these are not covered in the contract
The vehicle is to driven within the location where it is delivered, however if the customer wants to drive within the state or outside the state, prior intimation to Preffered leasing partner is required.
You can use the car for all the normal requirements. Abnormal usage (e.g., speed racing, stunt driving, towing/pushing/propelling, usage for transportation of goods or people on commercial basis, transportation of large/heavy/hazardous items) is not allowed.
Kilometers driven shall be dependent on the mileage options selected at time inception. Incase there is usage over the agreed kilometers, Extra kilometer charge will apply
Insurance for full period of Lease is covered in your rentals. Preffered leasing partner will take the yearly Insurance and share the policy document with you.
The Vehicle has to be returned on/before the closure date of lease. The Vehicle has to be returned in good order and condition, normal wear and tear accepted. The vehicle return should include:

Yes,if you have a valid driving license & PAN card. Eligibility is determined by a number of different risk factors. Credit factors are also considered. We do accept joint applications where both applicants will need to qualify for the leasing.
For brand new car: In most cases, we expect it to take around 10-15 days, from the payment of Security deposit to the delivery of the car. However, as a bulk buyer of cars, we will do our best to accelerate the process.
Yes, the person whose driving license and ID proof was provided to us (while placing the booking) needs to be present for delivery. A checklist for the car needs to be signed at the time of taking the delivery of the car.

Token Money + Security Deposit + First leasing Fee on pro rata basis while subsequent to start from first of every month. The Leasing Fee is inclusive of Goods & Services Tax (GST) and/ or such other indirect taxes and cesses
We will set up an automatic debit mechanism on your bank account - this automatic debit will happen only as long as you are using the car. We will cancel the automatic debit once you return the car.
There are no charges in case of damages unless there is a case of negligient driving .
Any case which insurance company rejects to pay for damages for irreponsible drving comes under negligient drving. E.g drink & drive , minor drving, driving without licencse at the time of mishap.
Insurance & filing charges of the vehicle will be done by leasing partner, the charges are included in the leasing fee
All toll,parkings and interstate taxes will be borne by the Subscriber. Fastag for the vehicle will be procurred by the service provider. But recharge of Fastag to be done by the subscriber.

Yes, of course! Please treat it as your own car. But please remember that you will continue being liable for the car (and all associated incidents) even when someone else is driving it. Your leasing comes with aggregate of 10000 KM/15000Km/20000 Km Per Annum,accumulated kms for the tenure subscribed .For any extra kms driven beyond the accumulated kms, Rs.7 /- per km would be chargeable
Leasing will take care of the maintenance of the car provided there is no negligence in usage of Vehicle except in the case of negligence driving.
All maintenance which is part of regular wear and tear and anything arising out of non negligent driving
Pick and drop facility depends on the availability of driver to pick & drop within city prescribed limit.
We wish you drive safe and never have to go through this! However, in that unfortunate event,please notify us immediately and we will guide you through the entire process. We will coordinate with the road-side assistance and insurance. Unless unavoidable, please do not leave the place of the accident until proper support has arrived. You may be required to file/sign formality documents associated with the accident
In such case you can have the Vehicle repaired from manufactuer authorised workshop and pay the bills of repairs but make sure bills is issued in the name of leasing partner. You need to submit the original invoice to our representative. We will verify the authenticity of invoice and repairs and if found in order, we will reimburse the cost incurred by you within 7 days of receipt of invoice
One Roadside Assistance per year will be provided. After that customer needs to pay for the services
You shall, within 48 hours, notify leasing partner of the occurrence of accident of the Vehicle with details thereof and lodge a complaint/first information report with the nearest police station. In case of an accident involving damage to the Vehicle or third party property damage or involving bodily injury to third person, You shall furnish to leasing partner following details and shall, if required, appear before the Court or any other authority to give evidence thereof:
You shall immediately notify leasing partner via email, of the occurrence of theft of the Vehicle with details thereof and lodge a complaint/first information report with the nearest police station. Your liability incase of theft would be the difference between the Book value and insurance settlement amount or entire Book Value due to negligence
Normal wear and tear is acceptable. Anything over and above would be chargeable and Leasing partner/Kia Dealer decision will be final
